Our water future requires more than maintaining the status quo.
South Orange County needs reliable water, resilient infrastructure, responsible spending, and leadership willing to evaluate new solutions instead of relying on assumptions that were formed decades ago.
David is running to bring an independent perspective to the board, ask hard questions, and prioritize investments that improve reliability, storage, recycled water delivery, emergency readiness, and cybersecurity.
The goal is simple: make practical decisions today that leave the district stronger and more resilient for the next generation.
